My personal goal is to help in nation building by making market research accessible and affordable to Filipino entrepreneurs for them to make informed, data-driven business decisions.
Toni has been a market research practitioner for more than 20 years, having worked for major research companies such as Trends-MBL, PSRC-RI, GoodThinking, Nielsen, and Ipsos. She brings with her the experience in handling accounts on the following industries: financial services, utilities, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, NGOs, government, and real estate.
She likewise worked in FBCRS for 3 years that helped hone her expertise on the operations side of the business and 3 years experience in the client side, Merck KGaA, to get the client’s perspective when using market research data.
She also enjoys training and teaching, basically anything that helps impart knowledge.
All these helped form her to be a well-rounded market research practitioner, trainer, and consultant.
I enjoy bringing life to data and giving actionable recommendations to clients as they discover new and relevant things about their brands.
Myls pursued BS Statistics in the University of the Philippines because of her natural interest and talent for crunching numbers. She immediately found solace in the market research industry as a quantitative researcher right after graduation. Her more than 20 years in the market research industry has been most fruitful as she worked with premier agencies such as PSRC-RI, Synovate (now Ipsos), and GoodThinking where she was Executive Director.
Through the years, Myls has developed an expertise on new product development, market studies, and in-the-moment/ shopper researches in various categories such as food and beverages, personal care, construction, pharmaceuticals, BPO, fuel, retail, and automotive, to name a few. OC and innovative, she continuously developed and updated advanced research tools and instruments in her organization. In 2014, she served as Vice President for Membership in MORES.
On the lighter side, Myls is a dedicated wife and a doting mom to 2 boys. She likes capturing moments, coffee, calligraphy, and colorful pens.
